    Have Your Cart Delivered

    Our cart concierge delivers your cart to your residence and picks it up at the end of your rental experience.

    Reservations, delivery, and pick-up will be confirmed prior to your rental. You are required to sign a waiver upon delivery. Contact us for details about deposit or advance payment. Models subject to availability.

    The minimum rental period is 24 hours.

    2. What types of golf carts do you offer?

    We offer 4-passenger and 6-passenger golf carts.

    3. Where is the golf cart delivered?

    We deliver your golf cart directly to your property, hotel, or a prearranged location within Punta Mita. You may also pick it up at our facilities.

    4. What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept cash, debit and credit cards, as well as secure payment links.

    5. What safety features do the carts have?

    All of our carts include seat belts, undergo preventative maintenance before delivery, and have a controlled maximum speed of 25 km/h.

    6. Do you offer special rates?

    Yes, we offer special rates for rentals of one month or longer.

    7. Is support available in case of a problem?

    Absolutely. We offer extended service hours, and each cart comes with a sticker displaying our emergency contact numbers.

    8. Are all golf carts the same?

    No. Some carts come with additional features such as screens, sound systems, Bluetooth connectivity, high or low-profile tires, etc. The assigned cart depends on our rental fleet availability. If you have specific feature requests, please inform our team in advance so we can accommodate them.

    9. How far can I drive the cart?

    Since our golf carts are not street-legal, they can only be used within the town and gated areas of Punta Mita. Driving on federal highways may result in traffic fines and is unsafe due to power limitations of electric carts.

    10. How do I charge the golf cart?

    Each cart comes with a charging extension cable that connects to a regular power outlet and plugs into the cart. Charging for 7+ hours is typically enough for a full charge.

    11. Do you offer insurance for the golf cart during the rental?

    Yes, we offer an insurance policy coverage for an additional daily cost. Please check with our rental coordinator for details and pricing.
